What's the difference between Painting and Fully Rendered?
On paintings I work directly on a single layer, making it look like a more traditional looking painting; they also take more time to finish and often times I heavely reference pictures/oil paintings. While on Fully Rendered I work on many diferent layers and the final result resembles Cell Shading more: the finished result is more stylized.Do you do Armor?
Only if provided with a clear reference and it has a Prop fee depending on the complexity.Do you do Backgrounds?
Often no, any background that I do is either Simple or Obscured/Blurry. I do not do complex backgroundsAre sketches exclusively on black and white?
I can add a color tint on top of if you wish. I can also do solid colors (no rendering) with no extra fee.Do you do very complex designs?
I'd have to see the design first, and often times it does come with an extra fee.Do you draw real people?
I do! However the result will be very stylized, as it is the way my art looks. If you are OK with that I can draw real people.

*Please read carefully. By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below, which are created to protect me, the artist, as well as the client.Any statement can be discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.1. GENERAL TERMS.To make the commission as close as possible to the idea the client has in mind, please provide me with a solid and clear description together with some visual references.
If any, all preferences of image format or shape must be communicated to me before the starting of the project.I'm more than open to work with you on different ideas and help you figure out what your commission will look like, however please keep in mind that I do want to make this process as smooth as possible. If you are unsure on what exactly you want I recommend taking a moment to sort out your ideas before approaching me.I'm certainly open to most commissions and projects that are handed to me, and while I try to be understanding, there are certains topics that I will refuse to work on.I will refure to work on artwork that depicts:• Homophobia
• Transphobia
• Racism
• Incest
• Minors in gross or compromising situations
• General discrimination or bigotry of any kind
• Fetish artI will also refuse to work on styles such as Mecha, since it's not a style I'm familiar with and I do not wish to offer work that I'm no sure will look good.I may also avoid drawing art for certain fandoms.Furry art, tasteful/artistic nudity, gore and body horror are fine and I have no problem with them!Please remember! I can only offer you what I know I can do good, so I will deliver art that looks like what you see in my gallery and general works. If you wish for a very specific style that does not match mine, I recommend looking for a different artist! Since I may not be your ideal pick.I DO NOT give permmision to anyone to use my art for any sort of NFT or AI work. I will not work with anyone who utilizes AI art generating programs or intentends to use my art for such.I will keep my right to refuse service to anyone who intends to use my art as an NFT or to produce AI art and will sever any contact with said person.2. PAYMENTFor personal commissions, upfront payment if possible, however 50-50 payment (50% upfront and 50% upon complation) is also possible.Payments are recieved via Paypal and nowhere else. I do not accept any kind or cryptocurrency as payment.3. PROCESSWork In Progress pictures (WIPS) will be sent to with regularity. It is ideal that any corrections/changes are made during the process stages of the commissions (sketch, lineart, solid colors) As only small changes are to be made once the commission is finished. If you wish for a variation of any kind on your commissions (such as different colors, clothing, expressions, etc) It's important that you let me know Before starting your commission.The time for your commission to be completed can be from 2 weeks up to 2 months after the payment.4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.If the reference provided was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee, so please, make sure to be as clear as possible while giving me instructions, in order to achive your vision5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYEven after completing the commission, I, the artist, will continue holding intellectual property rights over the produced drawing.Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site without claiming the character(s)/concept as my own.
To display it and post anywhere to my liking (except the client requests the commission to remain private, which is absolutely acceptable)
I will NOT however make any additional profit from the illustration.The commissioner are allowed to;
Print the artwork for private use ONLY.
Upload the artwork to any social media/website (Credit is required and appreciated)
Change it to your liking. (Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.)In case of copyright infringement, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork as its creator.
Using the artwork to promote your brand/your person commercially.
Making any merchandise of the artwork.
Selling the artwork rights to third parties (private or commercial partners)6. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.I also have every right to file a complaint if necessary.ART FOR COMMERCIAL USE
If you wish to commission me for art with the purpose of commercial use it's important that you let me know Beforehand, the temrs of the usage of my artwork have to be discussed first. I will chose to agree or sidagree to these terms.Otherwise my art is intended for PERSONAL USE ONLY.Thank you for understanding!
